January’s Workout

Give 2017 a jump start with this quick power workout. Grab your favorite playlist, that new water bottle you got for Christmas, break in those new sneakers and get your sweat on.

Complete 3 sets of each, rest 1 minute between rounds.

 

20 Body Weight Squats

17 Push Ups

 

20 Lunges

17 Seated Cable Rows

 

20 Jumping Jacks

17/side, Russian Twists
